A watch band deteriorates over time. Instead of bringing your watch to a service center and paying someone to do it for you, learn how to replace watch bands by following these easy steps:

• Locate the lever inside the watch strap
• Insert the tip of a spring bar tool between the slots on the lever
• Release the strap by pushing the lever in towards the strap, then release. Be careful not to lose the pin.
• Replace the strap by inserting one end of the lever into the hole. Using the tool to hold the lever in place, press the other lever into the opposite hole.
